升降貨梯液壓閥工作原理

升降貨梯液壓閥的基本結(jié)構(gòu)主要包括閥芯、閥體和驅(qū)動(dòng)閥芯在閥體內(nèi)做相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的操縱裝置。閥芯的主要形式有滑閥、錐閥和球閥；閥體上除有與閥芯配合的閥體孔或閥座孔外，還有外接油管的進(jìn)、出油口和泄油口；驅(qū)動(dòng)閥芯在閥體內(nèi)做相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的裝置可以是手調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)，也可以是彈簧或電磁鐵，有些場(chǎng)合還采用液壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)。

升降貨梯液壓閥是利用閥芯在閥體內(nèi)的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)控制閥口的通斷及開(kāi)口的大小，以實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力、流量和方向控制。液壓閥工作時(shí)，所有閥的閥口大小、閥進(jìn)、出油口間的壓差以及通過(guò)閥的流量之間的關(guān)系都符合孔口流量公式(q＝KA·Δp m)，只是各種閥控制的參數(shù)各不相同而已。
